Synzi (@SynziCare), a virtual care company, has announced that GlobalHealth, an Oklahoma-based health maintenance organization, has selected its virtual care communication platform to remotely connect members to their case managers, before hospital discharge, to increase engagement and enable more seamless transitions. The platform will also be used for virtual onsite review training, with case managers providing virtual training to their peers in other facilities.
