Health eVillages Welcomes Five Renowned Executives to Advisory Board
Health eVillages (@HealtheVillages), a program founded by Donato Tramuto and Physicians Interactive in partnership with the not-for-profit Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice & Human Rights (RFK Center), has appointed five new members to its Advisory Board. They are Brad Fluegel is the Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Walgreens, Spencer Warden is the Provider Engagement Lead at Dabo Health, Mike Hamilton, President of Engagement at Blood: Water Mission, and Lorri L. Jean is a nationally recognized leader for LGBT.

Tom Lauzon Joins MiHIN Board of Directors
The Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN) is pleased to announce the addition of Tom Lauzon of Meridian Health Plan of Michigan to the MiHIN Board of Directors. Mr. Lauzon brings his expertise as a five-time CIO 100 award-winner to assist MiHIN’s statewide initiative to improve healthcare through electronic health information sharing.

Dr. Viet Nguyen Elected to Systems Made Simple Board of Directors
Systems Made Simple, Inc. (@SMSHealthIT), a leading provider of IT systems and services to support critical architecture, data and application challenges in the healthcare industry, announced that Chief Medical Information Officer Dr. Viet Nguyen has been elected to its board of directors. As a member of the board, Dr. Nguyen will work with Systems Made Simple’s executive leadership team to oversee key decisions regarding the company’s strategies around providing integrated technology to improve continuity of care and patient safety.

Scott Collins Assumes Role of President and Owner of Aria Marketing; Names New Leadership Team
Aria Marketing (@AriaMarketing), an integrated healthcare communications agency, announced that the company is now under new leadership. Scott Collins, former vice president, has been named principal owner and president of the company. Collins acquired ownership of the 15-year-old agency from Bruce Jankowitz, who is continuing to work as an industry consultant. Additionally, Aria has announced that Jessica Cohen has been promoted to executive vice president, and Ross Homer has returned to Aria as vice president.

Infina Connect Announces Sales and Marketing Leader, Joe Francis

Mr. Francis comes to Infina from Compulink where he served as Vice President of Sales for this leading ophthalmic-based EHR software company.

Tenet Appoints Garry L. Gause as Chief Executive Officer of Southern Region
Tenet Healthcare Corporation (@tenethealth) named Garry L. Gause as chief executive officer of its Southern Region. Conversa Health Names Entrepreneur and Former U.S. Veterans Affairs CTO Peter Levin to Board of Directors; Adds Three New Advisors
