Roberta Mullin
Roberta is an independent consultant specializing in systems, billing, and efficient work flow for office based physicians. With 27 years of software development, system implementation and training, and technical support, she has concentrated the past 10 years in the medical field. She brings this experience to coordinate our speakers and topics for this project. She is also the face behind our HITECH Update news posts and shares the Twitter feed with Carol. Carol Flagg
Carol is CEO of Pivotal Solution Group, a consulting company specializing in workplace communications training and leadership development. Prior to founding Pivotal, she spent 20 years in the newspaper business. She brings her experience in media relations, content development, marketing and web-conferencing production to this project.
